Select one of the buttons by clicking on the circle next to the button. The options list for the button appears. Please tell me how to decrease the sensitivity of this mouse?? It jumps from everywhere to everywhere!!! I tried to lower it in control pannel hardware settings!!! One option was the synaptics and other one 'other pointing devices'. I chandes the speed but no effect!!!
This can sometimes happen when the updating process is unexpectedly interrupted or some unforeseen event happens during the updating process. This can even happen when Synapse 2.0 attempts to automatically update the product for you. Try this method and it should help.Very Important Notes:
Plug a second mouse into your computer as during the firmware update the SWTOR mouse will be unresponsive.Be sure to select OK/Yes when the security prompts appear during the updating and downloading processes. These may appear on your desk top or within the task bar.
Before updating the Mouse and Dock please log of out Synapse. To do this, open Synapse and select 'change user' from the upper right drop down next to your email address.
Unplug your SWTOR mouse and dock.
Follow the directions below to flash the latest firmware. Be sure to flash both the mouse and the dock.

After clicking the above link select 'open' or 'save' the folder to a location where you can easily view and unzip the files.
Next open the folder and click on the file named 'DeviceUpdater.exe' . (The updater will open, but do not click 'next' just yet)
Then connect the mouse to the computer while holding down the Left click, Right click and Scroll buttons at the same time. Like this:

Now click 'next' and the update process will start. Just follow the prompts on the screen. This process will take a few minutes to complete.
After downloading the firmware provided above, select 'open' or 'save' the folder to a location where you can easily view and unzip the files.
Next open the folder and click on the file named 'DeviceUpdater.exe' . (The updater will open, but do not click 'next' just yet)
Then connect the dock to the computer while holding down the pairing button on the bottom of the dock. Hold the button down for 5 seconds then release it. Wait 10 more seconds.
Now click 'next' and the update process will start. Just follow the prompts on the screen. This process will take a minute or two, but will be faster than the mouse.
