Just recently upgraded to Yosemite. I was first confused as to why my iPhoto wasn't working. It is giving me the below message.

In order to open 'iPhoto', you need to update to the latest version.
The version of iPhoto installed on this Mac is not compatible with OS X Yosemite.

After some research, I found out about the new Photos app that comes with Yosemite.
But I can't find the app anywhere on my Mac.
Any help is appreciated.
